Hi -  I wanted to pass one useful article on creating a traffic light style Gantt chart in MS Project and a recommended read!

I received a lot of positive feedback on last month's article on building a custom Gantt chart view to create a portfolio or program scorecard.  Several readers requested a tutorial on creating a similar Gantt chart for their individual projects and individual tasks.  This tutorial will actually change the colors of your Gantt chart task bars based on the forecasted schedule variance.  It comes in handy to quickly determine what sections of your project schedule will be impacted by a schedule slippage.
