Lessons Learned is most useful when you are preparing to write your certification, whether it is PMP, PgMP or CAPM. Surprisingly the top most read is a PgMP exam LL, probably because there are very limited PgMP LL archived.

PMHUB-G PMP Exam Files download

Hi,
you might notice that PMHUB files in the Yahoogroups Files have not been update in the last 10 years. In the past the FILES were stored in PMHUB Forums. Since the Forums is now closed to prevent scammers postings there, the plan now is to use the PMHUB Certification Starter webpage also as the FILES download source.

PMHUb just completed the settings for the FILES dowanload area and now we have 2 files there. Thanks to Brian C and Deng who each sent their worksheet and notes.

Please sent your files (brain dumps, study notes, mind maps, cheat sheets or whatever to pmhub@phub.net and provide the info on the source etc.  Thank you and happy downloading

"A recently completed Role Delineation Study (RDS) provided an updated description of the project management professional role. Research included a large-scale survey of global Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification holders to validate updates to domains, tasks, knowledge, and skills. The RDS captures perspectives of project management practitioners from all industries, work settings, and regions. It serves as the foundation for the PMP exam and ensures its validity and relevance.

How the PMP® is affected

The five domains of practice for the PMP remain the same. However, tasks within each domain have been modified, added, or removed.

PMSoft once again announces some free sessions (also offering PDU's for the PMP's) for anyone interested in gaining some knowledge of the topics mentioned.

The schedule for Free PDU sessions in May 2015 is as follows:

4 - Repeat session on "Overview of Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®)" (1 PDU) on Sunday 10th May, 2015 Live Lecture (Timings - 7.00 AM to 8.00 AM Indian Standard Time OR 1.30 AM to 2.30 AM GMT)
