Many aspirants failed due to this subject. One of the complaints of PMs outside of North America is that this is US based code of conduct based on American business environment. So when answering PMP exam, pretend that you work in and for an American company

Essentially, the PMP should always take the high road. There should be no room for misconceptions, errors in judgment, or actions that could be interpreted as conflicts of interest, shady, or just plain wrong
