PMHUB-G How will I know that I am ready to take the exam?

As you prepare for the PMP® exam, one of your most important decisions will be when to actually take the exam. For many people the question of when is driven by these two additional questions: How will I know that I am ready to take the exam?

PMHUB-G PMP Exam: Project Charter

Here's what matters when it comes to writing the project charter – it doesn't really matter who writes the charter as long as the person who signs the charter is the right person. In other words, the person backing up the charter must be the person with the authority to back it up. The person signing the charter should have the authority within the organization to grant the project manager time, money, and resources to reach the project objectives.

PMHUB-G On Motivation - PMP Exam

Maslow's conjecture was that people's needs are arranged in a table, like a ladder. The
bottom rung is "Physiological needs" i.e. food clothing and shelter, the next is "Security",
then "Social" which includes love and sex, then "Self Esteem" and finally "Self
Actualization". Maslow claimed that each need had to be essentially met before you
could step up to the next rung.

PMHUB-G Power in project - PMP Exam

And just like Greek, PMBOK has different types of power too. Knowing the different types of power in project management, and knowing how and when to use them, can be a key to managing a project successfully. So if it all seems like Greek to you, please read on…

Types of Power Power is not merely the "dunamus' sledge-hammer power that forces people to obey your every command. There are a number of ways in which we can influence our team members. And remember, willing team-members will do a much better job than people who are beaten into submission.

Risk, do u know the diff?

Synonymous term or a different term, that's a common question we

Don't trip over the finish line!
They're similar concepts but are different! Read details in below very
short article!

PMHUB-G Detailing the Project Scope

The project scope statement is a cornerstone of the project. It serves
as a guide for all future project decisions, and the project manager
and the project team must protect the scope from unapproved changes as
the project moves through execution. The project scope statement is
the written version of what's commonly called "the project scope" or
just "scope."

PMHUB-G Exam advice from PM Watson

1. Don't dwell on any question too long. Take advantage of the "Mark
for Review" feature and skip to the next question if one poses too
much trouble. Most students finish the test in 2.5 hours and use the
rest of the time for this review.

2. Be sure to read every question carefully. Wording is very
important and can imply more to the situation beyond the obviously
stated question.

More advice here:

PMHUB-G important article to read before the Exam

For those pursuing a CBAP® or PMP® how to use those techniques and
whether they are mutually exclusive can become a bit confusing.
Hundreds of exam banks for the PMP® exam often seem to force a PMBOK®
based exclusion (see Sections 6.3, 6.4 and 7.1). That is not accurate.
The estimates for schedule and cost are in practice used together and
also not presented as mutually exclusive on the PMP exam.

Now for a quick review of how the four estimate types might work
together. Let's use a swim meet as an example.
Here: http://www.pmhub.net/wp/2011/02/a-simple-matter-of-estimates-analogous-to-pert/

ingredients for the cookies."
