Had a look on the Crosswind simulation exam samples and I am not quite convinced by your answer on question 36.
It says that the PM has discovered that the deliverables due in a 1 week time should be delayed.Then you should brainstorm with your team and see how to create a workaround.

A workaround is used only when the risk HAS OCCURED which is not the case!The risk has been DISCOVERED so you can be proactive and then plan how to respond to risk
In this case, we would brainstorm and see how to respond to risk on a contingency plan if this risk has not been identified during the initial Plan Risk Response or risk reassessment if we are in Control Risk.

PMHUB-G Is this a good way to start your PMP Exam project?

"Two years back, I joined many PMP groups just to gather the info regarding the exam. And I was silently following mails from you people. I read nearly 40 or 50 LL?s and most of them I read more than once and noted down important things. Somehow felt this has helped me a lot. When I took membership, I didn't have any questions, by then, I knew what exactly was needed to cross the line, that was the use of these groups. At the time when I was thinking it's going to be an "operation" instead of "project", said IT'S ENOUGH, I took the exam date exactly 55 days before the D-day.'

PMHUB-G Word of Wisdom for today

 Glossary is an excellent way to revise for the exams. Try that as much as you can. If you have soft copy of many books try the glossary for PMBOK, Rita and then on the other books to verify your knowledge. Some words like "Tailoring", "Tornado diagram" will not appear in Rita but it appears in PMBOK and appeared few times in the actual exam If you are one of those guys who cannot buy expensive flash cards then the simplest way that worked for me is get to the index of PMBOK. You will surely see more than 20 items that you never came across before. This is an important trick to verify. Please try this and you will find its importance. (Mukundan)

PMHUB-G What is PMI-ACP?

First things first — What does PMI-ACP stand for? 
PMI-ACP is the PMI® certification that "recognizes an individual's expertise in using agile practices in their projects, while demonstrating their increased professional versatility through agile tools and techniques". (Project Management Institute). In other words, once you pass the PMI-ACP, you are then considered a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.  Passing the PMI-ACP Exam indicates to employers and others both inside and outside the Agile Community that you have demonstrated  experience working on Agile projects, and knowledge of Agile practices, principles, tools, and techniques.

- Gold plating is a sin
– PM skills is transferable to any industry, you do not need industry-related skills (frankly this is not true in reality)
– Confrontation/problem solving is the best way in conflict resolution
– PM is the most important job in the world
– PM is proactive – managing change, a powerful decision maker, spent >90% of his/her time communicating
- Scope, roles and responsibilities need to be clearly defined
- WBS WBS WBS

Tips in Answering Exam Questions
1) Some questions have extra/unnecessary information – just ignore those.
2. always choose the best answer for all the possible right answer, eliminate those that are wrong. Each question has only one correct answer.  Read all the options before you select  just one.
3) Answer the questions from a PMI perspective.  Dispel your own perspective, or experience. The exam is based on PMI's world, not the real world.
4) Beware of answer choices that represent generalizations, which may be characterized by words such as always, never, must, or completely.  These are often the incorrect choices.
5) Look out for choices that represent special cases. These choices tend to be correct and are characterized by words such as often, sometimes, may, generally, and perhaps.
6)  The right option is the right option – even though the grammar might not be 100% correct.
