This is a GRADUATE level course, equivalent to two semesters (6 US credit hours or 10 EU credit hours) and is designed to help you actually learn how to use the tools and techniques of our trade. Our fully integrated, experiential based course will prepare you or your people to sit for any one of a number of internationally recognized certifications, including the: Certified Cost Engineer and/or Certified Cost Consultant (CCE or CCC) http://www.aacei.org/certification/CCC/welcome.shtml and/or Earned Value (EVP) http://www.aacei.org/certification/EVP/welcome.shtml and/or Professional & Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP)http://www.aacei.org/certification/PSP/welcome.shtml and/or Cost Estimating Professional (CEP) http://www.aacei.org/certification/CEP/ 

This course is designed not only to teach you or your people the "hard" skills associated with asset, portfolio, program and project management, but also to help participants develop the "soft" skills- leadership, communications, motivating, conflict resolution, problem solving and making things happen. 

For those who are interested, this course can be done TOTALLY via distance learning, however, it is recommended that participants plan on joining the 5 day face to face kick off session in Jakarta, Indonesia.
