In ITTO section when "Performance Reviews" tool is selected, only "Control Schedule" was shown. i reckon that it is also a tool in "Control Costs".

This is a great tool! But I get a missing reference error when I launch the database. I have office 2010... how can I add the reference to MScal.ocx. I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Im using Office 2010 and get the same error as Srini. Looks like the calendar control is deprecated in Access 2010

Will it be possible for you to use the alternative controls suggested in the blog for Access 2010 users?
