Appreciate your help and LL. However, please note: 1. I completed the whole course (for more than 35 hours) and waited patiently for the course completion notice/test. 2. After that, I submitted this query on their website as well as emailed Joesph philips himself and another helpdesk id. But still, I did not receive any response. 3. I also understand that I do not need the proof of completion for filling up the application, but any course that an individual attends should notify the completion promptly. Thanks for your support again, but I do not want to spend my time arguing on this.

Lessons Learned:from this case 1. it is best to know the rule first 2. if you still have problem, try to contact directly the customer service 3. if you get no reply, try to get help from the website where you click. If you bought PM Prepkit from PMHUB website, contact PMHUB admin. PMHUB have direct access to Joseph Phillips, Cornelius fitchner, Tony Johnson of Crosswind, PM Perfect and John Reiling of PM Training Online etc etc. Your case can be settled within 24 hours...
