PMHUB-G Most critical question: How to switch from PMBOK 4 to 5?

If you are a PMP Aspirant, this is the most troubling question: How do u switch from 4 to 5. What are the most difficult part. Is it only the 1 Knowledge Area or the additional ITTO?
