7) Glossary is an excellent way to revise for the exams. Try that as much as you can. If you have soft copy of many books try the glossary for PMBOK, Rita and then on the other books to verify your knowledge. Some words like "Tailoring", "Tornado diagram" will not appear in Rita but it appears in PMBOK and appeared few times in the actual exam If you are one of those guys who cannot buy expensive flash cards then the simplest way that worked for me is get to the index of PMBOK. You will surely see more than 20 items that you never came across before. This is an important trick to verify. Please try this and you will find its importance. (Mukundan)

DURING EXAM WEEK and EXAM DAY
"For the exam day I took a holiday because I wanted to be focused only on the exam. Don't underestimate the four hours it takes for taking the exam. You should train staying focused for this period.
It is a good idea to visit your test center a week before the exam to see how long it takes you to get there and see for example if there enough parking possibilities etc.
On my exam day it was 33 degree outside and nearly the same temperature inside of the testing room which had no air condition.
So if you are going to schedule your exam for the summer it is a good idea to check if they have air condition.

Dispel PMP Exam MYTHS:

Here is a list of PMP Exam myths: the first is that you must memorize ITTO from PMBOK, second: PMBOK covers everything you need to know for the exam and third is you need to get 35 contact hours from PMI REP. Let me debunk all these myths one by one.

On the first myth: many successful PMP passed their exam without any attempt of memorization. This myth arise from the expectation of aspirants that the exam is full of IITO type of questions. In fact, it is not. PMP exam is about your understanding of PM principles as described by PMBOK and general management knowledge which is covered by other PMP exam study sources.
