Instead of focusing your efforts on getting a certification, if you really want to help your organization deliver better projects, turn to pages 95 and 96, and think about making the changes recommended in this incredible research. Pay special attention to the recommendations outlined in #8.
IMPO, this is one of the most important, hard hitting and truthful pieces of research on project management I have seen in many years. Well worth taking the time to read……. and heed……..!!!!
