Dear PMHUB Members,
Greetings,
There are various Risk Management certifications available. Among them, few are rated good which are:
1. Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) – FRM / ERM
2. Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA) – PRM
3. Bankers Association Institute (BAI) – CRP (specially for Risk managers in financial services)
Can you please discuss which certification is better suited for a Project Management Practitioner working on Construction Projects of limited to high complexity.
After going through various literatures available on the net, the Risk Management certification available from PMI, i.e. PMI-RMP, I feel, is narrow in scope. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks & Regards
