You can take some breaks, go outside the room and eat or drink something, but it is on your time.
In the first 15 minutes of the tutorial I have written on the paper the table with the 5 process groups and the formulas (as stated in all the books), but it was useless because the calculation questions were very easy. I didn't use the software calculator, it was faster to calculate on the paper. --
