IMPO, the best book ever written on project management is Gary Humphrey’s Project Management Using Earned Value Management”. This book is what the PMBOK Guide SHOULD have been. In Humphrey’s book (complete with sample questions and case studies) you will learn how to handle SS, FF relationships and a whole lot more.
