PMHUB-G What is the difference

Hi,

I just finished reading chapter 2 of PM-BOK (Rita).

The project objectives are mentioned in the page no: XX,

I was wondering what are the program and portfolio objectives? are
these the same as project objectives, because the program is the group
of projects and portfolio is the group of programs.
