PMHUB-G Again: which PMBOK? Both 3 and 4?

A recap this week events in the PM Ceritifcation world: It seems that CAPM and PMP exam are not 100% switched to PMBOK 4 based.

then below the above blog - I posted also concurrence from a PMP aspirant who failed the test who inform us above the use of both PMBOK 3 and 4 terminology in the exam.
