PMHUB-G One CAPM LL might explain this mystery

I have been wondering wy in the last 3 months - this article is always one of the most read:article.
Not only within PMHUB, this artcile was referred by other blogs and also by PMI France.

Tonight I guess I know the reason why. It seems that PMP is using both PMBOK 3rd ed and PMBOK 4th ed terms in the exam.
