Towards the below given comment by hobbescat:
In ITTO section when "Performance Reviews" tool is selected, only "Control Schedule" was shown. i reckon that it is also a tool in "Control Costs".

In Control costs, ITTO was documented as Project Performance Reviews, thats why it didnt show up. now it has been corrected. Thank you very much for identifying the discrepancy.
