Re: PMHUB-G What is the right answer to this PMP Exam question?

C is the correct answer.  Why would anyone put in a change order with no knowledge of the subject?  Even without knowing Project Mangement, common sense would dictate that the experts need to speak and a decision made from that point.

That group leaving the responses does not sound like they know what they are doing.  The ones who said D is the correct answer have no common sense whatsoever.
