Re: PMHUB-G A simple Q&A

This is not unfortunate, rather this is fortunate. One should not be the judge and party at same time. One might be performing really bad due to how PM handles the project. Same person could be the key of success for many other projects.

As you have said they only have the title. most cases the PM thinks he
is the manager but company consider him as only team member.
